Postpartum Support

Britt excels in guiding families through the postpartum journey. Her unique ability to read the room and understand energy makes inviting her into your home feel like welcoming a lifelong friend.

During our postpartum time together, I will provide:

- Emotional support for both mother and partner

- Light laundry for baby

- Cooking nourishing meals & baking lactation cookies

- Guidance with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding

- Providing resources and answering any questions

- Ensuring you rest well during your sacred fourth trimester

I approach the postpartum period with the "40 days of lying in" philosophy, embracing the power of slowing down and allowing for a gentle, restorative transition.

Postpartum Packages can be combined with the Birth support or chosen independently.

Postpartum hours are between 9am-2pm

Day Shifts are 4-5 hours

If you need overnight support, I work with the best local Newborn Care Specialist.
